Robin has been program director on leadership development programs for the premium programs of the former Australian Graduate School of Management at the UNSW as well as for some of Australia’s leading companies. In this capacity, she put together teams of leading academics and practitioners to develop senior managers.

She has worked closely with:

Robin’s expertise is in diagnosing the strategic needs of organisations and assisting them in determining the best leadership development plan, calling on her extensive network of presenters, academics and business and community leaders to ensure a highly productive and enriching experience.

She has also facilitated strategy development workshops for several leading organisations, using both internal and external speakers to ensure a relevant, real experience for participants.
